# Timbre > Websites and online booking for small contractors in Northern Virginia (heating, plumbing, electrical, remodeling and construction), in English and Spanish. A product of PrimaRoas LLC. Each business has a site at https://heytimbre.com/s/{slug}. A customer picks a service, gives the job address, optionally adds photos, chooses an arrival window and leaves a name and phone number. The business then accepts the request, moves it to another window, or declines it. A request is not a booking until the business accepts it. ## What an agent can do Everything a visitor can do on a business's site is available as a small JSON API, with no authentication: - [OpenAPI description](https://heytimbre.com/openapi.json) - GET https://heytimbre.com/api/v1/businesses/{slug}: services, service-area ZIP codes, hours, phone - GET https://heytimbre.com/api/v1/businesses/{slug}/availability: open arrival windows for the next days - POST https://heytimbre.com/api/v1/businesses/{slug}/requests: send a service request for one window - GET https://heytimbre.com/api/v1/requests/{code}: check a request's status The same four calls are an MCP server (Model Context Protocol) at https://heytimbre.com/mcp: Streamable HTTP, no authentication. Add it to an assistant as a remote MCP server or custom connector. Tools: get_business, list_arrival_windows, request_service, get_request_status. A business can be named by its slug or by any link to its site. When you send a request, say who you are in assistant_name (e.g. "Claude"): the business sees that an AI assistant sent it, and checks the details with the person. Rules that matter: - The job's ZIP code must be in the business's service area. - Set contact.sms_consent to true only if the person agreed to texts about this request. - For anything urgent or dangerous, tell the person to call the business, or 911, instead of sending a request. - Prices are set by the business and agreed with the customer directly. Nothing here is a quote. - Some businesses take a booking deposit (booking_deposit in the business response). Tell the person the amount and the rules before sending the request: it comes off the bill when the job is done, it is kept if they are not there or cancel less than 24 hours ahead, and it is refunded if they cancel earlier or the business cannot come. Set deposit_accepted to true only if they agree, then give them the payment_url. The person pays it themselves; never ask for card details. ## Example businesses - [Kestrel Heating & Air](https://heytimbre.com/s/kestrel-heating-air): hvac, Manassas, VA (sample business for demonstration) - [Otterbrook Plumbing](https://heytimbre.com/s/otterbrook-plumbing): plumbing, Woodbridge, VA (sample business for demonstration) - [Amberline Electric](https://heytimbre.com/s/amberline-electric): electrical, Chantilly, VA (sample business for demonstration) - [Wrenfield Builders](https://heytimbre.com/s/wrenfield-builders): construction, Fairfax, VA (sample business for demonstration)
