When you send a service request we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the job address, your description of the problem, any photos you attach and the arrival window you chose.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
What we use it for
We use your information to answer your request, confirm and schedule the visit, do the work and follow up afterwards.
If you give an email address, we email you about your request: that we received it, and when it is confirmed, changed or cancelled. We do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Text messages
If you tick the text-message box on the request form, Wrenfield Builders may text you about your request and appointment, for example to confirm your arrival window, remind you of it and tell you a technician is on the way. Message frequency varies with your request.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying any service.
We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
This site and its booking system are run for us by Timbre (PrimaRoas LLC), which stores the information on our behalf and uses it only to provide this service. We also use hosting and messaging providers that process the information for the same purpose.
We may disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request details while you are a customer and for as long as our legal, tax and warranty obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information.
