These terms apply to your use of this site and its service request form for Wrenfield Builders.
A request is not a confirmed appointment
Sending the form is a request. Your appointment is confirmed when Wrenfield Builders accepts it; you will see the change on your request page and, if you agreed to texts, get a message.
We may suggest a different time or decline a request.
Arrival windows
An arrival window is the range in which we expect to arrive, not an exact time. Traffic, weather and earlier jobs can cause delays; we will tell you if that happens.
Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service. If people are in danger, or you smell gas, see fire or face an electrical hazard, call 911 and your utility. For an urgent problem, call us instead of using the form.
Prices and work
Prices, estimates, warranties and the terms of the work are set by Wrenfield Builders and agreed with you directly before work starts. Nothing on this site is a quote.
Text messages
If you consent, Wrenfield Builders may text you about your request and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Using the site
Give true information and use the form only to ask for service at a property you can authorize work on. Photos you send must be your own.
